Boiler Manipulator (Welding Column and Boom):
The boiler manipulator is used for flat welding, butt welding seam and internal and external longitudinal welding seam of cylindrical body and it can be fitted with roller stand for welding seam of internal and external circular welding seam. If it is fitted with positioner, different type of body can be made for different places of welding. Main body box type welding structure is treating by stress after welding and fine machining shall be made. The guide surface adopts precision grinding processing or ensure the sophistication and smooth running.
1. There three type of structures: Fixed type, fixed and rotary (manual) type, mobile and rotary type.
2. The boiler manipulators can realize automatic welding incorporate with SAW, MAG and TIG welding systems;
3. Function: The cross arm effectively stretch and lift. The welding head can adjust up and down, left and right. Standing column turns, vehicle moves.
4. Optional function: Flux recovery and transmission machine, video monitor, welding seam sway, automatic tracking, arc length control, platform for worker.

Boiler Positioner:
Boiler positioner is mainly used to placed the workpiece in the best position for welding and assembling with the work bench elevating, turning and tilting. The boiler positioner can be supplied for interfacing with robot or welding manipulators, to realize the welding automation. We can design and customize various type of special positioner according to the technological requirement and different work piece given by the customer.
