1.86 Kw DEUTZ engine with air cooling is adopted to guarantee strong power, reliability and start ability in low temperature environment.
2. Automatic leveling device can satisfy the grade criterion of freeway in the range of grade 3mm/3m and slope of 2/1000. It can avoid invalid fill of mixing material so as to lower construction cost.
3. Screed can be extended steplessly. Electric and hydraulic system is easy to control. The time to assemble the screed can be reduced. The screed is heated by automatic ignition.
4. Stretching screed, iron soleplate and conveyor soleplate make use of international advanced antifriction material.
5. Centralized lubrication device realizes auto lubrication for high temperature and moving parts.
6. Fuel oil electrical cleaning system makes convenient clean and reduces work intensity.

Performance
1. Steering mechanism adopts bridge mode and center of bridge which is able to revolve is connected to center of frame, redirectors are fixed on the two ends of the axle, redirectors are revolved by hydraulic cylinder, and so solid tyre can be revolved corresponding angle.
2. The machine is driven mechanically and hydraulically. Flywheel is connected to transfer case, the front is connected to double pump, supplying power for mechanism like traveling device (conveyor and auger spreading device) and vibrating device (up and down of screed, turnover of hopper and action of cylinders, etc.).
3. Roller is used to push the rear tyre of camion.
4. Conveyor is independently driven, the clutch for conveyor is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, and power is transferred by chain-wheel to drive scraper.
5. 2LTLZ60 road paver is equipped with one slope and one grade automatic level device, used for automatic adjustment of slope and grade.
